I know some are saying the tokens will not work. Truth of the matter is, I’ve talked to various credit card companies and also read my customer agreements.
You can go to the Bunny Ranch and pay with your Visa card kids. I was promised by the companies i spoke with that it is PayPal NOT the credit card companies that PayPal is trying to blame.
Sometimes on adult items, as a seller, you can be charged higher percentage fees — sometimes.
So, getting rid of PayPal completely is the best bet. Bottom line is the credit companies don’t care where you spend–so long as you do.

I don’t see how any one entity should be able to limit what we choose to spend OUR OWN money on. Just doesn’t make any sense to me.

Huzzah. This has me feeling more hopeful.
I had been curious about the truth to that just because of how dangerous it would be to have a credit card company dictating how you could spend your money!
This is a very consumer unfriendly decision. There’s no way that Paypal isn’t losing more money by disallowing these types of very popular erotica in comparison to the amount of supposed chargebacks and higher risks to selling this type of material.
It really makes me wonder what’s actually going on.
Not to mention all the other business they’ll lose: distributors and publisher sale sites turning completely away to another method. I’m hoping they’ll regret this big time.
I have a contact w/ the Bunny Ranch, if that can help. Interviewed Dennis Hof, but article not published yet. Have also interviewed 2 of the ‘working girls’ but don’t think that is what you are looking for. My editor w/ Metro ANE Magazine knows the business manager w/ the Bunny Ranch.
I think Pay Pal has a double standard here. I just bought 10 very funny and very explicit joke books using paypal. My first novel is available on Amazon and B&N were people can pay for them w/ paypal and this book probable falls in the ‘banned’ category (don’t tell anyone or I’ll lose my 2 books a quarter sales.)
